Sometimes you need an independent review of some aspects of your organisation’s culture, climate, people processes or structure and roles and it may be a sensitive undertaking.
Using a tailor-made approach to the issues you face, we will design an organisational review process to identify the core issues, facts and underlying causes, and make recommendations on the way forward.
Some examples of work we have conducted in this area include:
- A team review to address issues of workplace bullying
- An organisational review on behalf of the Board in an organisation, where there was poor morale, engagement issues and high turnover, to review the extent of the issues and recommend the way forward
- An independent review of a manager’s decisions to investigate whether restructuring had taken place and accordingly whether procedural requirements had been met
