Gabrielle Young, Director

Gabrielle has nearly 20 years of Human Resources and Organisational Development experience. She founded Stratus Consulting in 2003 to assist organisations and individuals to work better and smarter. It is people working together who deliver results in a business and Stratus Consulting helps leaders and individuals to build world-class teams that are focused on meeting the organisation’s vision and strategy and on achieving outstanding results.

Gabrielle has worked with some of New Zealand’s best known brands across a wide variety of sectors. She has extensive expertise in organisation development, management development, leadership development, executive development, competency systems development, project management, coaching, training and facilitation, course design, delivery and evaluation. Gabrielle specialises in creating customised, workable solutions to meet organisations’ needs. She has a reputation for being a quality provider of organisation development services.

Previously in her corporate career, Gabrielle worked in some of New Zealand’s largest and most well known organisations as their Learning and Development Manager and has also worked in Europe as a project manager.

Trish Tapara Trish Tapara, Associate Consultant
